Manatee School for the Arts

Owner: Manatee School for the Arts 

Stellar Development was selected as the Construction Manager for this project located in Palmetto, FL.  The Manatee School for the Arts project includes a 11,150 SF new classroom building, 8,400 SF administrative office addition, and 40,000 SF complete re-roof of the existing building.  The campus was retrofitted with a new security system and high-tech panic lock-down system to insure the security of the staff and students.
