Prior to creating Stellar Development, Mr. Opstal was a partner and co-owner of Homes of Distinction. Homes of Distinction developed and specialized in high-end waterfront homes located from Key West to Anna Maria Island, Florida. Having constructed over 30 luxury homes during his tenure as vice president and partner, Mr. Opstal has extensive experience in the construction and renovation of single-family residences.
