General contracting firm Stellar Development is pleased to announce that our latest project has been awarded: The Nora Patterson Bay Island Bathroom Pavilion.
Nora Patterson Bay Island Park is a 1.5 acre area located near the North Bridge on Siesta Key; an extremely popular destination for residents and visitors to Sarasota, Florida. The park offers scenic views of the Gulf and downtown Sarasota area.
Current park amenities include free parking, walking paths, benches, and picnic tables. The planned bathroom pavilion is a much needed addition and will offer two “family” style restroom stalls on an elevated platform with ADA compliant ramp.
The pavilion design style will be consistent with Sarasota School architecture.
Stellar Development looks forward to working with Sarasota County on this project with construction planned to begin in February (2022).
