A groundbreaking ceremony took place this week at the Nora Patterson Bay Island Park signaling the start of construction of park improvements. Our team wasted no time with construction already underway the day after the ceremony. This is an important project for Sarasota County with the park being named after Nora Patterson, Former District 4 County Commissioner who was in attendance and spoke at the event.
We are excited to have been awarded this important project that will increase the enjoyment of the park with a needed elevated public restroom with access ramp and viewing area. The structure will replace temporary porta potties currently on site. The park is set on the Northern end of Siesta Key and offers beautiful view of downtown Sarasota. It is also close to arguably one of the number one beaches in the world. It is our privilege to work with the amazing team at Sarasota County to deliver a proper end result for all to enjoy.
