Stellar Development Inc was recently awarded the new 14th Avenue Park Project in Palmetto Florida. The Park will be officially called the “Patriot Park” and will break ground on Saturday July 4th 2026 celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
This is an exciting project for the City of Palmetto and we proud to be part of the project team, says President of Stellar Development, Maurice Opstal. The park will have eight pickleball courts, a basketball court, covered pavilion, playground, restrooms, parking and a 0.7-mile walking trail.
