• You’ve led commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout and know how to juggle schedules, budgets, and teams without missing a beat.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and Coordinate: Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, collaborating with superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep each phase on track and on budget.
• Client Communication: Be the point person for clients, architects, and engineers—updating them regularly, addressing concerns, and ensuring a transparent process.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Control costs, manage invoices, and forecast project expenses. Identify areas for cost savings without compromising quality.
• Problem-Solving: Detect potential challenges early and implement creative solutions, living out the principle of doing the extra things that make a difference.
• Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, inspire pride in workmanship, and hold your team to the highest safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• No Sponsorship Available: Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Location: Sarasota-based role. Candidates must be local or prepared to relocate to the Sarasota area.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to direct teams, handle multiple priorities, and maintain clear communication with clients.
