The Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton located at Avion Park in Tampa was part of a large 18 acre development project where Stellar Development was contracted as the owner’s representative to oversee all aspects of construction from ground breaking to assisting the opening team. This 7 story post tension project which includes board rooms, banquet facilities, restaurant and bar was completed on time and within budget.
