The Gardens on Griffin is a multi-family apartment complex (formerly Sunwood Village) located in Leesburg, Florida. It consists of 15 buildings with 78 units and 1 leasing office. Stellar Development went to work to deliver the client a beautiful end product which is sure to please the owners and residents alike. Improvements include site repairs/additions to roads, sidewalks, curbing, drainage, mailbox, and fencing. The buildings also underwent changes/updates to siding, soffit and fascia, gutters, stucco and brick, caulking and sealing, and extensive painting with a new door being added to the laundry room for easier access.
