Stellar Development carefully completed a historical restoration to the 1920’s main house on Little Bokeelia Island. Other renovation and restorations were completed at the village, cottages, and museum. A large maintenance facility, commercial kitchen, helipads and a 9-hole golf course were built to complete the project.
