The City of Plant City owns and operates the McIntosh Park for passive recreation in a natural setting. The McIntosh Park Trails Phase I Project is a project to improve passive recreational opportunities at the site through the addition of approximately 2.3 miles of compacted aggregate trails, a compacted aggregate parking lot, miscellaneous park amenities (benches, trash cans, and a message board), and an elevated steel observation tower.
