Stellar Development is proud to have completed the Nora Patterson Bay Island Bathroom Pavilion, a project that created a welcoming new space for the community to enjoy. The work included a new park area, parking lot, site lighting, and a new restroom and maintenance building designed to serve park visitors for years to come. This project is also part of an award-winning design, with the pavilion receiving the 2024 AIA Florida Honor Award for its outstanding architecture and thoughtful integration into the surrounding waterfront.
