Stellar Development was selected as the general contractor to construct this three-story Key West style home with beautiful views of Phillippi Creek. Stellar assisted with the design, layout and interior selection process. The challenge was to construct the home without removal of the trees on the property. Stellar built the entire home and only removed two pine trees located within the building pad. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
