Stellar Development is pleased to announce that the Connor Park Redevelopment Project is officially under construction. The milestone was celebrated by numerous attendees at Connor Park on July 8th, 2021. The City of Palmetto Mayor Shirley Groover Bryant participated in the ceremonial first shovel dig to officially declare the project underway.
The Connor Park project is a redevelopment of a brownfield site. Planned improvements include a community pavilion, boardwalk, and viewing platform to name a few. The team at Stellar Development looks forward to working with all involved parties to deliver this amenity to residents and visitors alike.
